Black Angus is a burger bar in Yerevan, Armenia, founded in 2013 by Yerevan native Artak Harutyunyan. Today we cook at three branches, on Mashtots Avenue, on Abovyan Street and in Yerevan Mall, every day from 11:00 until 02:00 the next morning.
How it started
Before Black Angus, Artak founded Fresh House, a local juice bar chain. In 2013 he opened Black Angus around one idea: American-style burgers made with Armenian warmth. Good food, friendly service, and a place you can bring your friends and family.
Thirteen years later the idea is the same. A burger cooked the way you like it, in a place that feels like your own corner of the city.
How we make your burger
- Your patty. Beef, Angus or Fillet Mignon on our beef burgers, and Lamb on many of them.
- Your size. Big has 150 g of meat and Mini has 100 g. Doubles carry two patties: 300 g or 200 g.
- Your doneness. Medium, Medium Well or Well Done.
- Your way. Leave out any ingredient, free of charge. No onion? Just untick it.
- Fresh, never frozen. Our patties are made from fresh meat, never frozen.
The menu has more than 30 burgers, plus pizzas (Big 8 slices, Mini 4), salads (350 g or 250 g), fries, sides and sauces, milkshakes, lemonades, coffee, and 21 smoothies and juices.

Yes. On our beef burgers you choose Beef, Angus or Fillet Mignon (Lamb on many burgers), Big or Mini, and Medium, Medium Well or Well Done.
Do you deliver?
Yes, from our Mashtots branch to addresses within 10 km, for 1,100 AMD. Delivery usually takes 45–75 minutes. Pay online with Idram or in cash on delivery.
Is Black Angus related to the American Black Angus Steakhouse?
No. Black Angus in Yerevan is an independent Armenian burger bar, not connected to the US steakhouse chain.
